Luxe Executive Travel was founded by a travel professional with more than 25 years of experience across the retail, corporate and luxury travel sectors in Australia and Europe.

Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for reliability, discretion and exceptional client service. From mentoring senior travel professionals to managing high-value corporate accounts, her experience spans every aspect of the travel journey.

Lea Verna is the heart and driving force behind Luxe Executive Travel. As Director, she brings a hands-on, personal approach to every journey she curates. Italy holds a special place in her heart; it’s the destination she returns to again and again for its culture, beauty, and, of course, the food. These personal experiences inspire her vision for Luxe Executive Travel, motivating her to design trips that feel just as meaningful and seamless as her own.

Alex has been an integral part of Luxe Executive Travel since 2017, serving as Lea Verna's trusted right-hand support and travel assistant.     Outside of work, Alex enjoys skiing with her family and relaxing by the pool with a great book during the summer.
