Credit card surcharges will apply at 1.35% for Visa and Mastercard, or 1.85% for American Express. Payment can be made by bank deposit to Luxe Travel Pty Ltd BSB 033272 Account 513935. Remittance must be provided prior to booking and confirming any travel.

Prices

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once you have paid in full. Price changes may occur due to matters outside our control that increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations. Fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

Service Fees

Service fees apply to all bookings, paid upfront prior to the commencement of research, quoting, and holding options, and are non-refundable.

Domestic fees $50 inc GST pp per booking. International fees $150 pp per booking (effective from 1Jan25)

After-hours emergency assistance fees are charged at $50 per call (business hours are M-F 9 am-5 pm)

Non-commissionable hotels, Airbnb bookings, chauffeur services, and tours will incur a 10% service fee

Additional fees also apply; please get in touch with us for further information.

Supplier Change & Cancellation Fees

Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, up to 100% of the booking cost, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply when a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are reissued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier. Credit card merchant fees are non-refundable from the merchant facility (Mint) that Luxe Executive Travel utilises. Luxe Executive Travel reserves the right to retain the commission earned on bookings in the event of a supplier cancellation. Commissions will not be recalled, and the client will be refunded the net value received from the supplier.

Passports & Visas

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel, and many countries require at least 6 months’ validity from the return date. This, along with relevant visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities, is the sole responsibility of the traveller.

Traveller Names

The name(s) on this itinerary must be identical to your first and last names in your passport for international travel and the name on your ID for domestic travel. Please check the spelling and advise immediately if this is not the case. Fees may apply if changes are required after booking.

Travel Insurance

We recommend you take out a travel insurance policy when you book your trip. Travel Insurance is also strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. Luxe Executive Travel is an accredited agent with Covermore.

Frequent Flyer

If you’ve advised frequent flyer membership numbers, these will be added to your booking; however, we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit you with points for your booking.

Seat Requests

Seat requests are on a request-only basis; even when paid for, the airline reserves the right to change them for operational reasons.
